The Meditation on the Five Wounds in the Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary teaches us the “What” of Salvation. What does God desire for us? What has He made us to be? How do Christians differ from all the other nice and kind people of the world? What makes one a Christian (hint: it is not by following the teachings of Christ)? Just what is “Salvation”? This presentation is the second half of the first Building on Solid Rock Flame of Love Retreat Series for the Americas. This series will provide a solid grounding for the Flame of Love at the heart of the Church. The Flame of Love is all about Grace – it is the greatest outpouring of graces since the Word was made flesh. If we do not understand Grace, we will not understand the Flame of Love. If we do not understand what Salvation is, we will not understand Grace. This series will give the overview of Salvation, the role of Grace and thus the critical importance of the Flame of Love to bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Divine Heart of Jesus as the effect of Grace.

The Flame of Love Hail Mary – the How of Salvation – Americas Building on Solid Rock Part 1

This is the second of our International Flame of Love Retreats scheduled for the Americas time zones. In this second session, we take a deep dive into the Flame of Love Hail Mary as the “How” of Salvation. This first of three parts of the second session quickly reviews the last session, moves on to the need for grace, discusses the definitions of grace , and concludes with an introduction and explanation of the Flame of Love Hail Mary.

Practices of the Flame of Love – Learning Love By Doing Love – APAC Building on Solid Rock – Part 1

In this last session of our four part Building on Solid Rock series, we will make all we have covered in the previous retreats concrete as we explore the practices of the Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. We must root the many practices of the Flame of Love to the grace we have been exploring lest we fall into any of the ditches of spiritual pride, guilt, or despair. We will discuss why Jesus seems “so hard on Elizabeth” and how to put all that is asked of us in perspective. It is through these practices that we come to know the love that surpasses knowledge and are able to “blind Satan in an increasingly large range of actions.” This is video 1 of 3.
