These are Flame of Love projects from around the world for which we are currently seeking funding. Any funds raised above the budget amount will be used to meet other needs in the Movement.

Fuel and mobile Internet for rural Kenya – 2024

Steve Otieno in rural western Kenya reminds me of the Apostle Paul. The means to disseminate information about the Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in that area are very limited so Steve literally drives from village to village on an old motorbike to spread the Flame of Love and his efforts have borne much fruit. However, Steve’s income is very limited; he is a farmer and picks up whatever work he can for additional income. Thus, we would like to provide both mobile Internet for him as he travels and cover the cost of his fuel.

Initial materials for new and poor countries

It is vitally important that countries produce literature which is branded to their country so that, as the material is disseminated throughout the country, people who receive it are directed back to the leadership in the country so the the local Movement is being built up. However, new countries and especially poorer new countries do not have the initial budget to locally print materials with contact information for their countries. This budget item will help cover the costs of those initial printings while the Movements grow and stabilize financially.

Travel to new and poor countries

The spread of the Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in new countries is often greatly aided by a visit from one of our Continental Representatives, our International Spiritual Advisor, or our International Coordinator the the small new Movement are not usually able to afford the travel expenses even though we keep them to a minimum. Similarly, our poorer countries cannot afford to pay for these speakers for the Movement to visit and assist their countries.
For example, Central African Republic and Chad have requested a visit from one of the African Continental Representatives. The International Coordinator has committed to returning to Democratic Republic of Congo, to visit Gabon, and foresees a trip to Papua New Guinea.
This item will help cover the cost of travel in these cases.
